I started out as a software developer at SAP, spending seven years deep in enterprise UI frameworks — shipping code used across thousands of applications, filing two patents, and slowly realising the question I actually cared about wasn’t “how do we build this” but “why are we building this at all.” A business degree at ISB and a jump to product later, that question is still the job.
These days I lead platform product at ThoughtSpot — identity, multitenancy, and the unglamorous infrastructure that makes everything else possible. I care more about the decisions nobody sees than the demo everybody claps for.

- Built Collections from zero to launch — owned discovery, solutioning, and GTM; reframed the customer ask from folders to enterprise content governance
- Delivered advanced IAM, MFA across multiple authenticators, and SCIM for automated user provisioning — cut AuthN/AuthZ incidents 92% (120→10)
- Built email customisation APIs and a template editor for white-label deployments — drove 30% WAU retention across 75% of the customer base
- Redesigned the admin portal from a config centre into an insight-driven product for the IT-Ops persona, from inception to engineering handoff

Outside of work
I’m a mother of twins, which means most of my “free time” is a negotiation. When I do carve some out, I’m planning a trip around the world (or around a good stationery shop), filling journals, or sketching whatever city I’ve landed in that week.
